I am very responsible and will always make sure all is "guest ready" for your arrival and that the keys are there for you. The townhouse is entirely available to the guests. You will be sent check-in instructions three (4) days before your arrival. One week before your departure you will be send check-out instructions. I am available by phone/text/ehatsApp or email. I check in with the guests during their stay to make sure they are happy and they have everything they need. The unit is situated inside the complex and is not affected by the traffic noise. Please note that the townhouse has shared walls with other neighbors who have similar units as well. Nearby schools include Chapel Of The Cross Preschool, Francisco Sepulveda Middle School and North Hills Prep School. The closest grocery stores are Vons, Ralphs and Joya Food Enterprises. Nearby coffee shops include 7-Eleven and Starbucks. 9800 Sepulveda Blvd is near Balboa Park, Andreas Pico Adobe Park, Kinesthetics and Ritchie Valens Park. 2 car garage The location is freeway convenient.
