On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, TV and sofa, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet; downstairs a further triple bedroom with three single beds and a second bathroom. The villa has an entrance courtyard, excellently covered in stone and adorned with various fruit and ornamental trees, with parking space in front of the house and on the back a large corner terrace with a beautiful sea view, equipped with table and barbecue, ideal for outdoor barbecues. Finely furnished accommodation equipped with solid wood furniture. Guest access The property is for the exclusive use of guests.
