It's very conveniently located near restaurants, stores, services and I-90/39. All area hospitals, major corporations, Downtown Rockford and local attractions are all 20 mins away at the most. The space Welcome to CherryVale B&B's Unit 2. A spacious efficency full of amenities. Located near Cherry Valley, IL on the far east side of Rockford. The area is a quirky mix of rural, residential, commercial and retail. Close to everything — a great bar & grill (Drink), a pizza place, a Chinese restaurant, a wine and cigar shop, and a pack & ship store are all steps out the door. Eggsclusive Cafe is great for breakfast/brunch . Walgreens, Circle K Gas & Convenience Store, Several fast food places and a Schnuck's grocery store are all in the immediate vicinity. Cherry Vale Mall is a regional mall with Macy's, JC Penney, H&M, Barnes & Noble, a food court, Tilted- Bowling, arcade games, laser tag, bumper cars, miniature golf, food & drink. Menards is directly behind the property and has some great deals on grocery items. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is 3 mins away. The village of Cherry Valley is 5 mins away. It's charming and historic with restaurants and bars. Salmone's Italian restaurant has good pizza. Cattle & Cream is a great ice creamery and butcher shop. There's a post office, nice library and an apple orchard. Baumann Park is great for walking and is connected to the path system located across the street from the unit. There's also Puri Family YMCA just minutes away for those that would like to get some activity in. In addition to the things listed nearby, Mercyhealth Sportscore II, Indoor Sports Facility and the new Mercy Hospital Campus are 12 minutes away. Rock Cut State Park is 15 minutes away. For being in the middle of everything, you'll find the apartment amazingly quiet and private. The area is very safe and well lit, there are added layers of security with a Ring alarm system, exterior cameras and local police and sheriff are in very close proximity. A grill is available with approval. Off-limit areas are labeled as such and/or locked off. Other things to note Families are welcome but we may require an extra security deposit for children under 12. As stated, the unit accommodates up to 4 people relatively comfortably. 2 on the queen bed and up to 2 more… 1 on the sofa and 1 on a twin air bed. The air bed can be provided for a one-time supplemental charge of $25 after 2 guests or should someone want their own bed. One should note that all sleeping arrangements will be in the same 350 sq ft room. Please inquire for special sleeping arrangements. For long term stays an additional security deposit may be required. Unfortunately, I do not commit to short term stays that are 3 days or less several months in advance. Ask about an additional discount for stays more than 30 days. SORRY NO OTHER DISCOUNTS OUTSIDE THE WEEKLY DISCOUNT FOR UNDER 30 DAYS (the price as quoted by Airbnb includes the 10% weekly and 20% monthly discounts). PETS: Overall we have a no pets policy. Small pets under 60 lbs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be charged a $25/nt or $100/mo per animal fee if approved. Service animals may require documentation of proof. Support animals will require a filled out questionnaire as well as documentation. A final walk-through will also be required prior to departure. Regardless of classification type, guests are responsible for any damage or extensive cleaning due to their animals. This may be in addition to the $250 security deposit, which will not be returned depending on the severity of the damage.
