You will stay in a private bedroom with a queen bed on the second floor of our home. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with other guest room, but if they are occupied, you are welcome to use a secondary bathroom and kitchen located on the main floor for your convenience. We offer FREE parking on site behind the house, as parking can be expensive close to the Falls and other tourist attractions. Our home is located exactly 2KM from the Falls and the tourist district (Clifton Hill) along scenic River Rd. The front door access is self checkin for your convenience, and your bedroom will have a private key lock. We have a large front porch with seating guests are welcome to use to relax and enjoy complimentary coffee!
