The space This spacious modern cabin offers lots of natural light, natural wood accents, 10' ceilings, granite countertops, luxury concrete floors, a bunk room, and so much more. When you stay at Island Time Cabin, you'll be among the first to enjoy the new amenities the cabin offers, including the new appliances and furnishings. The cabin is available year-round, plowed, and maintained roads make the property easy to access. The cabin has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and will sleep 14 comfortably. The large mudroom is the perfect place to drop your gear and take off muddy or wet clothes after a day of ATVing, Snowmobiling, or adventuring. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining area is a great space to gather and enjoy the views of Sawtelle Mountain. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to make a gourmet meal. Enjoy your meals from a custom 9ft pine dining table. The main living area has a comfortable reclining sofa with a gas fireplace and a 55" smart TV. Enjoy the outdoor gas grill and covered patio during the summer months. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom offering a stand-up shower and walk-in closet. In addition, it is equipped with a 50" Smart TV, remote workstation, and private entrance to the back patio. Two queen guest rooms with closet space share the main bathroom off the living room. Give the kids or adults room to play in the spacious bunk room, offering two sets of custom queen-sized bunk beds, a private bathroom, a sectional, a 65" Smart TV, a foosball table, and plenty of board games. Enjoy your morning coffee, tea, or cocktails on two spacious patios equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ propane grill (guests are responsible for propane refills from the general store if needed). Air Conditioning: Please note we have AC that will be available during the summer months. We encourage guests of Island Time Cabin to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close the windows during the day to keep cool air inside the cabin. Please only open windows when you are present in the home for your safety. Outside amenities: Hot tub, Gas grill, covered patio, dining area, fire pit, private parking, back patio with seating. (Winter guests, please note that snow and ice will slide off the roof, please be cautious of falling snow) This home is professionally cleaned (EPA approved cleaners), and all linens are professionally laundered. Policies: No smoking, Snow and Ice WILL slide off the roofs, so please DO NOT let children play under the roof lines. Stay on the main roads at all times. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm. Please close doors behind you; the wildlife can be very active and be BEAR AWARE! Yellowstone National Park Closures. The west gate to Yellowstone is typically closed from November 15th to December 15th to prepare for the over snow season. The over-snow travel season typically runs from December 15th to March 15th. The west gate to Yellowstone will be closed again on April 15th to prepare for the summer season. Please note these dates are subject to change; please confirm your travel details before your arrival. Guest access Enjoy this fantastic cabin and the views that come with it. A key code will be provided to access the property. Other things to note Guest Checkout is 10 AM. All guests and personal property must be off the premises no later than 10 AM the day of departure as your entry code will no longer be valid. Leave all used beds alone! ( Please do not remake your beds. It gets confusing for our cleaning staff). Leave all used bathroom towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. Please run the dishwasher with all dirty dishes. Please take all garbage out to the provided dumpster. Close and lock all the windows. Turn off all the lights. Make sure all doors are completely closed and locked.
