PLEASE  NOTE -Pool deepest area is 10 feet going up to 4 feet. -Alarm system, 24/7 security. -You may share the pool area with other guests. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. Guest access - You’ll have exclusive access to the house. - Shared pool and parking with Villa Belvedere. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open.
