La Casita @ Cortijo Grande Country House

A characterful, luxurious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining/kitchen/sitting & private terrace, overlooking the pool. 1 km from Lubrin in a valley called La Alcarria. The house is set in 4 acres of terraced land, planted with olive, almond and fruit trees. We are in rural area of Spain where life is very laid back so a great place to relax, walk, read and recharge. The village of Lubrin is a traditional Spanish village with a couple of bars for tapas, and shops for your basics. The space La Casita is a fabulous space, it has been, modernised whilst retaining unique and original character, with a feeling of luxury. It can sleep up to 4 people, in 2 spacious bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a dining area/ kitchen, shower room and sitting room with access via double doors onto the terrace. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one of which can be either double, with superking size bed or twin and the other which is a twin. There is also a good sized bathroom. La Casita has a private terrace with a shaded area, table and chairs, fridge and gas BBQ. Guests are also encouraged to explore the grounds, where you will find various areas to relax and enjoy the views. We have a large swimming pool terrace, with child’s shallow pool and sun-loungers. The pool is shared with other guests. There is free wi-fi. The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare meals for your party, including fridge, toaster, gas oven and hob and a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room available for guests to use. All towels and bedding, including beach towels are included in the price. We are also able to provide travel cot and stairgates. The main house is private but guests are welcome to explore the grounds. Other things to note We have 2 boys, 2 dogs and 5 cats, all very well behaved and not allowed to enter the apartment, but worth bearing in mind if anyone in your party is uncomfortable with animals.
