We have a 7 year old, and a 3 year old toddler. Our family lives in the home. Come enjoy our home on the Gunnison River, which is nestled in the Colorado mountains.We have 1 private room available. One shared bathroom. Enjoy close access to the outdoor activities, 8 miles north of Gunnison, 22 miles south of crested butte. We are now enjoying Starlink internet, so very fast wifi. The space Our home is unique because the Gunnison River is practically in our backyard! We are located in between Gunnison (8 miles) and Crested Butte (20 miles), so there is easy access to both towns. The guests will have access to the kitchen, washer/dryer, and backyard area. We will be present at the listings during all of our guest's bookings. Our neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very cordial and friendly. You should have a peaceful, relaxing experience during your stay. There is a FREE bus that runs from Gunnison to Crested Butte regularly. Visit the website for a full schedule. (website hidden) The closest bus stop is 2 miles from our house. Shared bathroom with other guests when booked. There are two other private rooms that could potentially be occupied. Please specify if your party would like to rent all three rooms. Guest access The guests will have access to the kitchen, washer/dryer, and backyard area. Other things to note Shared bathroom with our 7 year old daughter, who only uses the shared bathroom at nighttime . The guests have full access to the kitchen. They are welcome to use the refridgerator to store food during their visit. They are also welcome to use pots and pans for cooking. The guests can use cooking oils and seasonings. We have two huskies that live on the property. One is a rescue dog. We prefer to introduce our dogs outside. Please be sure to note if anyone in your party is allergic to animals.
