The luxurious villa features a two seater hot tub overlooking the Ionian Sea, the ideal spot for G&T o’clock. Designed for ultimate luxury, the retreat features also an outdoor fitness equipment, Heated Spa Whirlpool featuring sea views and an outdoor playground. Private Parking for 2 Cars, with a 3 KVAT power supply, additional car parking space also outdoors free of charge. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 70 €/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and if needed there is a comfortable sofa in the lounge area, where two more guests can be accommodated.
