Enjoy complete privacy with a private washer & dryer, private patio 🌅, and access to all rooms and living areas within the condo. 🏊 Guests also have access to 3 shared community pools within the complex, available for all residents and guests to enjoy. Other things to note 🏢 The unit is located on the top floor, so there are **2 flights of stairs** from the parking area to the condo. 🚫 Please note there is no elevator access. ✨ However, being top floor means no noise from above, offering a quieter and more private stay.
