Minimum nights depending on season:- Sleeps 6 , 3 bedroom beautifully refurbished villa with private garden and terraces with fruit trees. ( full kitchen , TV , Wifi, Airconditioning, wood burner, 2 bathrooms.) In village . Short walk to the restaurants, shops, La Residencia hotel and all village facilities Cala Deia a 20 minute walk or short drive. Please note that the historic reviews before 2019 relate to our previous house and the new house doesn't have a pool. In the heart of Deia its perfect for hibernating, cosy amidst the wild with the fire lit watching movies on the LG oled TV. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. Whole house and terraces This as much our family home as our home in England. We are unlikely to be there when you are but Elena will be available We have many friends in Deia who will make you most welcome .... artists, musicians, actors, people from many countries ... Deia is a special place very easy to fall in love with The house is close to the centre of the village which means all cafes restaurants and bars are easily accessible. There is an hourly bus between Palma Deia and Soller .... a small car (narrow roads) would be useful but Deia is very self contained so you don't need a car .... note:- it is hilly Please note that the historice reviews before 2019 relate to our previous house and the new house doesn't have a pool. Resident parking permit available if you can provide the registration number.
