The home decor exhibits a great beach vibe! - Bedroom 1 (150 SqFt, sleeps 2): Includes a comfy king bed, closet w/ sliding mirror doors, and a Roku TV with Cable/Netflix/Prime/more included. - Bedroom 2 (110 SqFt, sleeps 2): Includes a comfy queen bed, closet w/ sliding mirror doors, and a Roku TV with Cable/Netflix/Prime/more included. - Living Room (190 SqFt, seats 7, sleeps 2): Perfect for spending family time playing board games (included) or binging your favorite TV series on Cable/Netflix/Prime/more (included). At night, the sofa becomes a queen sleeper sofa. An extra cot or mat and Pack-n-play (on-request) are also provided. - Kitchen (120 SqFt, seats 2 at bar) & Dining (180 SqFt, seats 6): The enhanced kitchen includes granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for the perfect home-cooked meal that you can enjoy at the large dining table. Smaller dogs may be able to get under the gating so guest precaution is warranted. Additional perimeter barriers for small dogs are available on request. Other things to note - We provide a starter supply of paper towels, disposable cups & plates, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, coffee, tea, creamer, and spices. - Use parking spots labeled A & B only. Spot C is reserved. - One dog (non-shedding, less than 40 lbs) is welcome for an additional per-stay fee and must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without documented host approval. Guest is responsible for any damages caused by pets brought onto the premises by guests. - Guest acknowledges awareness that there is no AC in this home (the historical summer temperature is in the 70's) and that there are active video recording devices that monitor the exterior perimeter. - Local Noise Ordinance strictly enforces quiet times between 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from outside gatherings or music after 10pm. - Prohibited activities on this premises include, but are not limited to, smoking, illegal substances, minors possessing alcoholic, fireworks, excessive noise, over-occupancy, events, parties, and commercial usage . Failure to abide by these policies may lead to penalties and/or immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
