The fine grained sand beach counts with lots of services and a nice sea promenade. Supermarkets, bars, shops and the bus station are nearby. The beaches of Capellanes and Playa de Muro are 1.5 km from the house. Both are wonderful natural beaches with some good beach bars. The area is nice for watersports like windsurf or paddle surf, especially in the morning. There are some good restaurants nearby, for example El Puerto, Mar y Paz and Es Mollet. The terrace gives access to the living-dining area with satellite Tv, Dvd and air conditioning. If you like cooking, there’s a fully equipped kitchen including a blender, kitchenware, microwave, sandwich maker and a crepes machine. To prepare your favourite breakfast, there’s a coffee machine type Senseo, a toaster and a fruit press. Our guests can choose between 3 bedrooms, two twin and one double room. All of them come with a wardrobe and A/c. A bathroom with shower and a bath with bathtub; as well as a washing machine and iron complete the equipment. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 Eur per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 Eur per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. Payment cash on your day of arrival. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email.
