As part of the Spring Lake community, you and your guests will also have access to a shared gazebo and fishing/kayak dock.

At home, comfort awaits in each bedroom with a loft providing additional sleeping space. Unwind in the living area, outfitted with comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. Watch favorite TV shows or simply enjoy the lake views. When you're ready to eat, prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets, including a coffee maker. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar, then enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining table. The private patio also offers an outdoor table with water views.

Thoughtful details include life jackets and helmets, as well as fun extras like a telescope and a game table in the garage. Central air-conditioning and a private full-sized washer and dryer add an extra touch of convenience.

This is a scent-free vacation rental. Please refrain from using scented products in the home. Guests who violate the terms of the rental agreement, at any time, will be required to immediately comply or asked to leave our property.

Parking notes: Parking is available for three vehicles: one in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

Per HOA rules, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, mobile/motor homes, campers, and other recreational vehicles or equipment, regardless of weight, shall not be parked on any part of the common area, or on any streets on or adjacent to the property at any time - including loading or unloading.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
