Our home is located on six acres of beautifully wooded land fronting on 400 feet of the blue ribbon Surgeon River with its stellar trout fishing reputation. From our frontage the river is open to your kayaking, canoeing and tubing enjoyment, (bring your own equipment). Bike,snowmobile and cross country ski trails are next door. Petoskey and Harbor Springs, ski and golf resort of Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are approximately 30 minutes away. Home has a Fully equipped kitchen. 3000 sq of the first floor has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bath, 1 half bath, dining room, sunroom and a spacious living room 2000 sq of finished basement has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath and recreation room. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor are en-suite. The sun room has a queen size sofa bed The bedroom on the basement is en-suite bedroom. During rainy days, you can enjoy our recreation room with a full size pool table. Our kitchen is fully equipped, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, waffle maker among many other utensils. 4 bedrooms , dining room, sunroom, game room, kitchen, 5 bathroom. Although we will not be at the residence, you can be contact me by phone and text. Our care taker will be available. Our house is secluded on our 6 acres of wooded land, but not remote. There are two I-75 exits within approximately 5 miles. There are good restaurants and grocery store with in 10 minutes drive. Downtown of Harbor Spring, Petoskey and Ferry terminal to mackinaw island are less than 40 minutes. Indian River downtown , Burt lake state park are 10 minutes away. North Central trail is next door.
