It can have flaws of any issue with maintenance, landscape, cleaning, weather, animals, pool, hot tub, etc. We require notice of any problems within 24 hours of arrival to give us a chance to correct. We will work with you on a resolution, but will not be held to attempts for a refund due to unreasonable circumstances. You will see by our reviews we try to maintain the highest possible standards for the home, and we always do our best to correct any issues immediately.
