The space Our cabin has a great location that is close to the parkway for easy access to I-40, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville Convention Center, and Soaky Mountain Water Park. We are across the street from Soaky! The cabin is in a neighborhood with roads that are easy to access. We do not have any steep or winding roads. We have a flat driveway. We are just off the parkway so you can get where you need to go but set back enough in the neighborhood and from the road that you feel like you isolated from the "city'. We are in the woods with nature and all of its friends. We do have monthly pest control service but friends can still find their way to warm, dry places. We also have some larger friends that on occasion will roam the area. Always be alert on property or anywhere in our community for visitors. Guest access Echota is a small cabin community just on the edge of all the hustle and bustle of the parkway. The roads to the cabin are paved and an easy drive with just one small hill. The driveway is flat with no hard roads to access the neighborhood or cabin. Two small front steps to access cabin. Primary bedroom on main floor. Secondary guest beds in loft area. Both master and secondary bath on main floor. Step out of the back door to private enclosed back deck. There is a second deck in the back yard with Adirondack chairs that has a few steps down. Other things to note The property has exterior security cameras on the driveway and sides of house for your protection and ours.
