Guests need to go to the Derby Tower (Jockey Club has 2 towers - Ascot & Derby; Ascot is the one closest to the Strip) where the Security Office is located. Check-in only with the Security Officer since they have your confirmed booking details, NOT the FrontDesk. This is a privately owned condominium. Daily housekeeping is not an included service. Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We understand that a travel itinerary does not always match up with check-in and check-out times. If you need to store your luggage before or after your stay, you may do so at the bell desk located in the Ascot Tower. Guests will be subject to a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out. IMPORTANT NOTES: ➢ Jockey Club pool access is available to all guests without requiring any reservations or advance notice. ➢ The pool operates from 6 am to 12 midnight. ➢ For the Chelsea pool, guests are required to reserve a spot through the front desk, and availability is subject to confirmation. ➢ Note that guests are unable to use the pool on their check-in and check-out days; must be a day in between these dates for pool access.
