"The Lofts at Asylum Creek" is a new condo development in historic Village Commons. The property backs up to nature with a wooded area and lovely babbling brook on the backside of the property off of your private deck. A perfect place to relax and unwind as you take a break from the hectic work mode and enjoy some down time. Another private covered balcony on the front gives you a full view of The Village. You can find most everything you need with a few minutes walk within The Commons. The condo requires guests to climb one flight once entering the ground level security door. The condo is one level on the second floor. This is a new condo with construction completed in October 2021. Traverse city utilizes Lyft and Uber, cab services, along with bike rentals for you to bike along the TART trail. You may also rent a car at the Cherry Capital Airport.
