MAIN FLOOR Enter through a dramatic wooden gate into a spacious open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, flowing into a stylish dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing unmatched views of Lake Atitlán and its three volcanoes. The master bedroom also offers incredible lake views, a romantic four-poster king bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and rainfall shower. UPPER LEVEL This cozy loft-like lounge overlooks the main floor and features a stone fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and plush seating, including couches and a love seat. INCLUDED SERVICES Gardener Our kind and respectful gardener lovingly cares for the home’s lush tropical gardens Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. He has access only to the outdoor areas and does not enter the interior of the house, fully respecting guest privacy. Optional Night Security (Free Upon Request) For added peace of mind, a trusted night guard is available upon request. He stays in a private room with a separate entrance beneath the house and has access only to the outer gate, ensuring security while maintaining complete privacy. Outdoor Security Cameras For guest safety, three exterior security cameras monitor key areas: the main entrance, the back garden, and the upper hillside boundary.
