The Villa has 4 bedrooms: * 1 suite with double bed and private bathroom * 2 bedrooms with double bed and flat screen * 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 seater sofa bed and flat screen * 1 2 seater sofa bed * 4 single mattresses upstairs for extra beds. Sheets are provided. Air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. The number of guests present on site and staying overnight must be indicated. We strictly limit the number of people sleeping on site to 15. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: * Oven, * Electric table + Gas, * microwave, * coffee machine, * teapot, * fridge & freezer. It is open to a large bright living room with lounge and dining area. The fireplace can be used but the wood is not provided. The garden is equipped with an Ofyr brazier. Wood and charcoal are not provided. 3 bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet. Our house is adjoining the Villa, if you plan not to follow the accommodation's instructions, go your way! Security cameras located outside of the Villa. Parking off premises is prohibited. No smoking inside the house is allowed. Ashtrays are available in the garden and on the terrace. No pets allowed. Festive events are not allowed apart from the disco room. Respect for neighbors is paramount. COMPLETE SILENCE AT 10PM outside - The villa is located in a very quiet hamlet. Crushing, horn, or excessive noise not tolerated. The number of guests present on site and staying overnight must be indicated. We strictly limit the number of people sleeping on site to 15. We reserve the right to cancel your stay without refund if any of these conditions are not met. Towels not provided. Guest access The house has private and enclosed parking, about 10 vehicles. Parking off premises is strictly prohibited. The owners will welcome you upon arrival. Every room has a secure locking device. Other things to note ATTENTION: Party events are only tolerated in the private nightclub. A rental agreement with strict regulations will be established between the tenant and the host. The number of guests present on site and staying overnight must be indicated. We strictly limit the number of people sleeping on site to 15. A deposit of €2000 will be requested via wanapay. The security deposit is required for each reservation. The sum is not cashed, we simply proceed with a bank imprint that will be returned to you at the end of your stay under conditions of compliance with the house rules and the neighborhood.
