Guest access This is a single family home with a fully fenced in backyard. You may use anything on the property at your discretion. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly if you are in the backyard. Other things to note FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. There are two Ring doorbell cameras on both entry doors as well as a noise monitoring system in the living room. The devices do not record anything, just noise decibel levels and we do not actively monitor the Ring cameras unless there is an incident. This technology is in place to protect the privacy of our neighbors and to keep you safe. FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. **Every Tuesday at 10:00 AM from May to September, our landscapers will be mowing around the exterior of the property.
