Please note this is a pet friendly community, however this villa is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Guest access Breakfast Buffet: Available at Infinity Bay Resort's Restaurant (West Bay) for a cost of $23 per person/ per day. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively).
