A fenced in backyard offers great space for kids. The space You'll feel right at home in this 4 bedroom 1.5 bath house Main level has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin beds) and a full bath with a shower/tub combo (full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided). You will sure enjoy the large sofa sectional and Smart TV in the living room. Play games or login to watch movies online, the 600Mbps high speed WIFI internet allows it all. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking great family meals, the double oven will sure speed things up. There is also a propane grill outside in the back yard for that perfect burger. Dining table is extendable to make sure everyone fits comfortably. Enjoy a nice family meal, play some games, or just do some puzzles, totally up to you! The upstairs has 2 more bedrooms (2 twin beds in each room) and a half bath. As fas as dirty laundry, no problem there, we have that covered as well. Our guests are welcome to use the laundry area in the basement anytime. The house has central A/C for summer comfort and central heat for winter warmth. Front yard has an open porch where guests could sit and enjoy the morning coffee while warming in the sun. The back yard is small but cozy, and fully fenced in for privacy. Guests could sit in the shade and enjoy the outdoors. Also enjoy a burger or two, since that propane grill is just outside. House rules: Our rentals are strictly non-smoking (also no vaping and no cannabis). Thank you for not smoking! We don't allow parties on the premises. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors! We will allow NON-SHEDDING small or medium dogs only. No other pets allowed. Guest access The house is all yours, from top to bottom, front yard and back yard and side to side. You can park 2 cars in the driveway and 2 more on the street. No, we don't live in the house. We live just a few minutes away, so close enough to deal with any issues if needed. Check-in is non-contact, front door has a door code you'll receive the day before arrival.
