Pineapple Villa is a newly renovated 4-bedroom 4 bathroom conveniently located just steps away from Grace Bay Beach - Trip Advisor's rated '#1 Best Beach in the World'. The space The villa comfortably fits up to 9 guests, with full bathrooms in each bedroom. Guests have a private pool, deck, gazebo and balcony so you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade. This villa has a modern open concept layout with access on both sides to a balcony and deck. There is a 65" smart TV capable of Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming services, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa. The hosts are on the lower unit, however with a separate entrance and pathway. They are available throughout your stay in case of any questions or assistance. There are 2 dogs (Bella & Benji) on the property but they stay at the host side where it’s all fenced & they don’t come out nor they go inside the swimming pool. There's a big area for parking up to 5 cars. Unlike many other villas, we do not charge extra for electricity and water but we ask our guests to be considerate of using them. Please note: This villa hosts a maximum of 9 guests. We are willing to accommodate a 10th guest for an extra $100 per night. Guest access We are located in one of the best snorkelling spots on the island. Whether you swim in the crystal clear water, check out the colourful fish a few strokes away or relax on the white sandy beach, you will definitely have a memorable experience. Pineapple Villa is also located just minutes away from restaurants such as Mango Reef, Shark Bite, Somewhere Café, the IGA Grocery Store and tourist attraction areas where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice cream shops, and more. We suggest renting a car to get the full experience in order to see the beauty of the whole island. Other things to note We provide beach chairs & umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, wagon, pool towels, pool lounges, basic snorkelling set, bath towels, some basic spices, ground coffee for the coffee machine, BBQ, drinking water, sugar, paper towel, toilette paper, shampoo, body wash, liquid soap, pack & play, kids blankets, high chair.
