Professionally Managed by Deserving Vacations Walk out your back door. Pool. Beach. Done. Summer House 109 sits on the ground floor. One of the few units where you can walk directly from your patio to the pool and ocean in 1 minute. No long hallway with a wet swimsuit and a cooler. Just direct access to a private, building-exclusive pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Guests have access to the Summer House community pool and beach access. Your ideal beach and pool getaway awaits! RS24-8536 The space WILD DUNES RESORT — ISLE OF PALMS, SC Summer House 109 sits inside the gated Wild Dunes Resort community on Isle of Palms — a barrier island 20 miles east of downtown Charleston. The resort offers two championship golf courses, tennis, cycling paths, marina access, and on-site dining. Isle of Palms is a quiet, unhurried beach town: not the congestion of Myrtle Beach, not the isolation of a remote island. Charleston is 25 minutes away — historic architecture, James Beard Award-winning restaurants, Folly Beach, Sullivan’s Island, and Charleston International Airport are all easily accessible. Summer House 109 is the ideal anchor for a Charleston-area vacation where the beach is the primary draw. THE AREA Wild Dunes sits at the eastern tip of Isle of Palms, 20 miles from downtown Charleston. Everything you need for a full week is within easy reach — on the island and beyond. On the resort: Coastal Provisions (farm-to-fork, open daily for breakfast through dinner), Laughing Gull (poolside Caribbean bites and frozen drinks), Oystercatcher (upscale dinner with locally sourced seafood), and Huey’s on the Links for lunch after golf. The Nest rooftop bar at Sweetgrass Inn is the best sunset cocktail spot on the island. On the island: Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and The Obstinate Daughter are local favorites for elevated Southern and Italian coastal cuisine. The Boathouse at Breach Inlet is the go-to for fresh seafood with Intracoastal waterway views. Sea Biscuit Café is a beloved breakfast spot. The Windjammer is IOP’s iconic beachfront bar with live music most weekends. On the water: Kayak, paddleboard, and jet ski rentals are available at the Isle of Palms Marina, a 5-minute drive from the Summerhouse. Barrier Island Eco Tours runs dolphin watches, sunset cruises, and guided trips to Capers Island — one of South Carolina’s last undeveloped barrier islands. Inshore and offshore fishing charters depart from the marina year-round. Day trips: Sullivan’s Island and Fort Moultrie are 10 minutes away. Downtown Charleston — Rainbow Row, King Street, the City Market, and the city’s renowned restaurant scene — is 25 minutes. Folly Beach is 40 minutes. For golfers, Wild Dunes’ two Tom Fazio-designed courses are walkable from the unit.
