With 5 bedrooms, ample parking and gardens that stretch to the waters’ edge this is the ideal holiday venue. Occupying one of the largest plots in Beaumont village there is a large decking area serving all ground floor rooms from the slide away patio doors. Beyond the decking the gardens are lawned and stretch down to Beaumont Lake, where you can access lake swimming or use the private jetty for water sports such as canoeing or paddle boarding. To uphold the ethos of the estate, large single-sex groups or excessive noise after 11.00pm is not allowed. A code of conduct will need to be acknowledged and signed prior to arrival.
