Spotlessly clean and bright, and that amazing view! Designed to be extremely comfortable for two....with everything you need. Queen sized loft bed, plus the pull out loveseat (twin) for those who may prefer to sleep downstairs, cozy sitting room w/electric fireplace. Efficient kitchen, outside gas grill (with a view). Full bath. Full central heat/air conditioning. Nice firepit with bistro table and chairs. Basic satellite TV. No WiFi but usually a good enough signal to text. Our guests come to get away from intrusive technology. The cabin is on our farm, yet you are are assured seclusion, serenity and peace. Although we live on the property, the house is located discreetly away, and is not intrusive or part of your own space, so your complete privacy is assured!! Little Cabin is unique, one of a kind, and a bit quirky, so I will be meeting you there on arrival to explain to you her 'eccentricities', so your comfort is assured. After that, I disappear, yet I am available IF you need or want to interact, or have questions. Your total privacy is paramount to me, and guaranteed. Little Cabin is not a self check in property. Walking paths throughout the farm, and a meditation bench with a view! And we are located only 15 miles from town conveniences and Interstate 24..Just 70 mn from Nashville, and 50 mn from the biggest little sweet city of Chattanooga. You are assured an intimate, separate and private experience in your cabin, with nothing to disturb your replenishment. Perfect for honeymooners, anniversaries and birthdays, or just those needing to recharge from a hectic life. (NO events or parties, but we can direct you to a wonderful venue! ) Absolutely no smoking, vaping, tobacco of any kind, no drugs, ANYWHERE on the property. If found, the guest will be required to leave immediately. NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. no exceptions. Please thoroughly review the Airbnb 'Service Animal Policy' prior to requesting a booking at Little Cabin for clarification on this rule... We live on the property fulltime, so am available whenever needed, but discretely located well away from the cabin, so your total privacy and peace is assured and deeply respected . Your kitchen has some basics to get you going, a basket of K-cups, cream and sugar, snacks, a few spices, etc..but please bring the majority of items you want to be comfortable. Entire property is fenced and gated. You must have a photo in your profile to reserve. PLEASE read the house manual AND listing completely for more information before booking to make sure the property suits your needs and wants! The cabin shares the farm where we live. It is the first building you come to once entering the property so you will not be passing any other structures, the setting is secluded and serene. The farmhouse is located nearby but is discreetly screened by trees and is completely non intrusive. You are assured of complete privacy. I am here and available should you need any assistance or have questions or issues. I am available to advise you on activities that meet your goals and skill level, or to share with you our lifestyle if you so choose. Otherwise, you will not know I'm here! Way off the main road, with one other neighbor about 1/2 mile away. Beautiful, with amazing mountain/valley views, peaceful exquisite location yet 15 mn to town and Interstate for conveniences..removed enough for total peace, total refreshment of soul. Car needed except on the farm where walking is the only transportation! Please note: I will be greeting you at the cabin as the property is NOT a 'self check in', it is unique and requires explanation, and we want to know who our guests are. I have a NO PET POLICY. No exceptions. please don't ask. Internet service is intermittent, cell service and texting sometimes good, sometimes not for Verizon customers, sometimes good for other carriers..but not guaranteed, you will be provided with final directions prior to your arrival. There are steps to the cabin, and the main sleeping is in the loft, so it's not handicapped accessible and, due to safety issues, I cannot accomodate children under 15 yrs of age. . And remember, this is a rural mountain farm, you could encounter some bugs, infrequent farm equipment, plus the private road and drive is not paved, and is sometimes a bit bumpy.
