This amazing stone Tudor was painstakingly renovated to its former glory and was recently introduced to rentals in July of 2019. It sits on over 1.2 private acres and has 6,500sf, sleeps 14 people and features 6 TRUE bedrooms all with queen beds, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 3 living rooms which includes a billiard room, chefs Other things to note **Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D. **We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, . **Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
