3rd floor (tot 4)- elevator (cm.52 widht, 116 depth, 214 height) - wifi - air conditioning- up to 5 guests The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, less than 200 meters from Piazza di Spagna, has 3 bedrooms (2 of which are double and 1 with two single beds - each bed measuring 200 x 90 cm), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with tub), a living area with a TV, a dining room, a kitchen and an adjoining little balcony. The space A few steps from Piazza di Spagna, this apartment has a large size and consists of three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds, a dining room, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, with the washing machine. Located in a central position (in traffic limited area) with many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and other commercial activities, noise can come from outside therefore the apartment is not recommended to light sleepers. Anyway it has been furnished with new silenced windows in order to limit as possible any noise. At each guest change, the house is professionally cleaned and the beds made up with clean linen. You will find at your complete disposal all the sufficient space to store luggage, clothes and personal items as well as a basic supply of towels and detergents for personal cleaning. Guest access The apartment is your own. Professionally cleaned and prepared with clean linen for each new visitor. Other things to note !! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: - please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment; - check in time is 3pm - 8pm; the arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise your desired check in time may not be guaranteed; - CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format); - according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); the amount is collected by Airbnb with the booking payment; - baby cot available on request (linen not provided); - each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom; - it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home; extra linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge. For shorter stays linen and towels change can be provided on request with at least 48 hours advance notice and the service cost will depend on the type and the quantity requested; - please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am).
