On the ground floor you will find a spacious storage room dedicated to having fun at the beach! You’ll have access to this room during your stay and are welcome to use anything inside(beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, sand toys, etc). If you happen to bring some beach toys you don’t want to lug home, you are welcome to leave them if they are in good condition. Up the stairs you are welcomed by a large screened porch with an ocean view and plenty of high end seating. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table along with fans to help keep you cool. There is a Smart Lock on the front door that will open with your unique code. Walking through the front door you are greeted by the Open Concept and newly updated Kitchen and dining space. A kitchen island with seating is great for making meals or memories just the same. New high end granite countertops brighten up the space and are accented by the custom backsplash. A large dining table with seating for 8 is perfect for gathering after a long day at the beach. The Dining room flows directly into the living room with a brand new 65” 4k Smart TV perched above an Electric Fireplace which is perfect for those movie nights. When you’re tired from all that beach time, 4 of the homes 5 Bedrooms come with an ocean view! Bedroom 1 = Just off the kitchen you’ll find the 1st Ensuite Bedroom with a King Bed. You’ll also have your own 55” Smart TV. While there is a private deck off this bedroom, the harsh Florida weather hasn’t been kind to it and it isn’t safe for use so you will not have access to it. You will however have your own private bathroom with Shower and Soaking tub. Bedroom 2 = Down the hall you’ll find another Ensuite Bedroom with a Queen Bed, private bathroom and shower. This room also has a 42” Smart TV. Bedroom 3 = The Disney room is a huge hit with Kids! 2 Full Beds, their own 55” Smart TV and tons of Stuffed Animals are always a hit with the kiddos. Bedroom 4 = The Anchor Room with a Queen Bed and 42” Roku Smart TV Bedroom 5= The Captains Quarters is spacious with a large King Bed and is the only Bedroom without a Tv. A recently updated Laundry Room with new Samsung Appliances, completes the home and is great for freshening up your clothes on those longer stays Guest access The Bald Point area is unlike many other places you will find anywhere on the coast of the United States. Surprisingly it remains largely untouched by commercial development and affords the visitors here a chance to experience the Gulf Coast in a very natural and tranquil way. If you’re looking for overcrowded beaches and party bars you won’t find them here. In fact it’s not uncommon to have the beach all to yourself at certain times during the year. What you will find instead are dolphins swimming the shallow waters just out from the house looking for their morning meals. Eagles and scores of other Birds soaring all along the coast either as permanent fixtures or as a part of their migration. Many ornithologists (bird watchers) come from all over the world to visit Bald Point State Park's over 4,000 acre nature preserve and observe the many bird species that flock to the area. While there are fewer restaurants and bars in the area than many of the large Florida Beach towns, there are several good options within a short drive (15-30 minutes) and the area is known for Its fantastic seafood. If fishing is your game you are in luck. The warm shallow waters around the Bald Point and Alligator Point areas are teaming with schools of fish that provide great fishing all year round.
