Located on the first floor of a walk-up building (one flight of stairs), the unit is tucked away toward the back of the building, providing an additional layer of privacy. If you're looking to experience New York City among the natives, there is no better place than Spanish Harlem! It is historically significant, lively and culturally vibrant. The exact hour of check-in is determined by the host, and based on the time the present guests check-out, and the time needed to clean and prepare the space for next guest's stay. ***No check-ins possible later than 10:30pm*** -Weekend check-ins are available from 10:00am to 8:00pm ***BEFORE NOON CONTINGENT ON AVAILABILITY*** (If there are guests in occupancy, departing on day of your check-in, standard weekday check-in hours will apply) -Check-out is at 5:00 pm, unless otherwise stated and/or an arrangement has been agreed to between host and guest in advance. ***Exceptions are made on a "case by case basis"*** ***Luggage can not be stored before check-in or after check-out***
