Come enjoy our NEW beautiful beach house built in 2021. We are centrally located a 10 min walk to the beach/Kid's Corner and a 10 walk to South Haven's downtown area w/ shops & restaurants Our home provides: - 4 bedrooms - 3.5 bathrooms - bunk room: toys/games - Open concept kitchen w/ large island and seating - Patio w/ grill, fire pit & seating - Beach/outdoor toys, kayak, SUP - Bikes - Smart TV/wifi The space Your new home away from home has 4 bedrooms: -Bedroom 1 (the master) is on the main level with one queen bed and private bathroom -Bedroom 2 is upstairs with one queen bed -Bedroom 3 is upstairs with two sets of bunk beds, one with a trundle, and a queen air mattress available in the closet. -Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower. -Bedroom 4 is in the basement with tons of natural light, it has a queen bed, plus a twin and trundle and has it's own private bathroom with tub/shower -three full bathrooms (one in the master, one on the second floor for bedrooms 2/3, one for the basement bedroom), two bathtubs, plus one half bath on main level Open concept kitchen with large island (seating 3) and large kitchen table seating an additional 7 people Cozy sectional with oversized ottoman to enjoy the smart TV (with cable) or games/movies provided! There is a second living room/TV area in the basement with a couch and two bean bags plus a Smart TV with streaming availability (no cable). In the backyard there is plenty of seating on the patio, plus outdoor games and toys and a grill to enjoy. There is also a fire pit! The shed in the back holds bikes, extra seating for patio, floats, toys, etc. Beach chairs/toys, towels, and rolling cooler are provided for your enjoyment of MI's beautiful beaches! Located .5 mile (10 min. walk) from South Beach and Kid's Corner, and .5 mile from the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and property during their stay. Other things to note Please try to keep food/drink out of the bedrooms for us to help avoid messes.
