Main Level: Living Room: Spacious area connected to the kitchen, featuring a 65” smart TV with YouTube TV and Paramount + subscriptions. The seating includes a 4-seat reclining couch and two recliners. Kitchen: Fully stocked for all cooking needs, with a coffee bar featuring locally roasted coffee. There’s also a pantry for convenient food storage and an eat-in area with seating for 4 at the counter. Bedrooms: Bedroom One: Queen bed, walk-in closet, and a TV with Chromecast. Bedroom Two: Sturdy twin over full bunk bed. Bathroom: Jack and Jill style bathroom accessible from both bedrooms on the main level. Entryway: Large safe provided for storing firearms or valuables. Basement: Master Suite: Features a king bed and a full bathroom. All beds throughout the retreat are equipped with memory foam mattresses for added comfort. Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use, accessed through the basement master bedroom. Outdoor Amenities: Heated Game and Fish Cleaning Shack: 12' x 20' space in the backyard, perfect for preparing game and fish comfortably. Heated Garage: 24' x 28' with an 8’ door, offering ample space for parking vehicles or storing gear. Equipped with hooks and hangers for drying hunting equipment and a large TV with Chromecast for entertainment. Covered Deck: Features a counter-height patio table with seating for 6, ideal for outdoor dining. Includes a Blackstone grill and Traeger for cooking. Concrete Patio: Located behind the garage, equipped with 6 Adirondack chairs and a Solostove for enjoying evenings around a campfire. Guests can purchase firewood locally at Casey’s or Cenex. Pet-Friendly: Respectful dogs are welcome inside the house. An outdoor kennel is available behind the garage. Guests can also bring their own kennels for use in the garage. Tails Up Retreat offers a blend of modern amenities and thoughtful touches designed to cater to both relaxation and the needs of outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you’re here for fishing, hunting, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the region, the retreat provides a comfortable and inviting environment for a memorable stay. Guest access Parking includes a large 32' x 47' concrete driveway with a 24' x 28' heated two stall garage. Conveniently located 6 blocks from downtown Webster. Other things to note Additional contract required. Damage Deposit of $350 required. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the rental rate of the current reservation or the next Reservation made by Guest. If the current reservation is canceled prior to 45 days before arrival, the current Rental rate will be honored for the next Reservation. Air conditioning unit is a mini-split located on main level living room. Stairs to basement are steep. Please note if mobility is limited. No door to basement bedroom. Two cots are available for use but bedding is not provided.
