There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided! At this time, lake levels at the dock are low for parking a boat. (There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing and swimming also). Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The space 3 Bedroom 2 full bath open concept home. Spacious master suite with 55" TV and included all electric fireplace as well as a full-glass walk-in shower. All other bedrooms also have a TV in the room. The living area comes with brand new furnishings, an elegant and modern LED electric fireplace, and a 65" TV. The living area showcases an open floor plan connecting to a kitchen with all new appliances. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee bar. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. A separate queen-sized airbed is available for additional guests. The backyard features a large covered patio with outdoor fans, comfortable seating. Cook with outdoor gas BBQ grill and relax at the fire pit. Two kayaks, blow-up water floats, and life jackets are available for guests to use. Guest access Nice quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of downtown Gun barrel city. Other things to note Up to two small dogs are allowed with a non-refunable fee of $85. and need to be regiistered like a guest as one pet. All of this money goes towards deep cleaning. if you are unsure about your breed, please ask. We are very flexible on check-in/out time when applicable! Please respect neighboring private property!
