This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-full-bath waterfront home is the perfect escape, located just about an hour from Dallas. Key Features: Bright, open-concept design with vaulted ceilings and large windows offering lovely water views. Living Area: Appointed with brand new furnishings, a 65" TV, and an elegant, modern LED electric fireplace. A dedicated workspace is also available for those needing to stay connected. Gourmet Kitchen: Fully stocked with all necessary cookware, dinnerware, new appliances, and a coffee bar. It opens to the living area, making it ideal for group meals. Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with its own TV. The spacious master suite features a 55" TV, an all-electric fireplace, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a full-glass walk-in shower. Extra Sleeping: A queen-sized airbed is provided for additional sleeping arrangements. Outdoor Living: A large covered patio with outdoor fans and comfortable seating, an outdoor gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit for relaxing under the stars Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes: The entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. Spacious yard and large covered patio. Outdoor gas BBQ grill and fire pit. Private dock (see notes regarding water levels). Two kayaks, blow-up water floats, and life jackets for your use. The garage, which has been converted into a game room with a ping-pong table. Other things to note Lake & Dock Status: Please be aware that due to fluctuating water levels, the lake at our private dock can sometimes be too low for parking a boat or for fishing. As of November 2025, it is completely dry. We have lowered our prices over $150 nightly while we pray for rain! A neighborhood pier and boat ramp are a few houses away. Please inquire about current conditions if this is critical to your stay. Water Activities: Use of the kayaks, boat dock, swimming, or any other water activities is at your own risk. Flexible Check-In/Out: We are very flexible on check-in and check-out times whenever our booking schedule allows. Please inquire about the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out!
