The accommodation is located in Massa Lubrense, in the heart of the Sorrento Peninsula, surrounded by nature and well connected to the seaside and tourist resorts of the area, being a short walk from the bus stop to the Amalfi Coast, Nerano and Sorrento. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 parking spaces and a large equipped terrace where you can relax and dine while enjoying a wonderful view. The space The 110 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor in a building without an elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note The accommodation tax of 3 euros per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 7 nights, as required by the municipality of Massa Lubrense. Children under the age of 18 are exempt. Upon check-in, we will need to record each guest's data as required by Italian law, and therefore you will be required to show a valid ID. Prices for optional linen change: €10 for towels only, €15 for single sheets and €20 for double sheets.
