This modern house with private pool in the centre of Llubi, north-central Mallorca, offers a peaceful home for 2-6 guests. Llubí is 15-20 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort beach. In the village there is a small supermarket and bars. Petrol stations, restaurants and more services are found in Inca, 10 minutes' drive away. The Tramuntana Mountains, famous for the villages of Valldemossa and Sóller, have endless trails and cycling routes. A car is recommended. The space This modern house with private pool in the centre of Llubi, north-central Mallorca, offers a peaceful home for 2-6 guests. Llubí is 15-20 minutes' drive from Playa de Muro and Can Picafort beach. In the village there is a small supermarket and bars. Petrol stations, restaurants and more services are found in Inca, 10 minutes' drive away. The two-storey house has a private swimming pool (chlorine) of 5 x 3 metres and a depth of between 0.9 and 1.1 metres. Here you can start the day with a long breakfast on the terrace. For sun lovers there are two sun loungers and a parasol in the garden. The terrace provides access to the kitchen, fully equipped and open to the lounge-dining room with air conditioning. The equipment includes a washing machine, fast WiFi, dishwasher, gas hob and satellite television. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is another bathroom with a bathtub that serves the rest of the house. There is another air conditioning unit in the bedroom hallway (cooling them). All bedrooms have ceiling fans installed. You can park free of charge in front of the house on the street. To bear in mind: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotax, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 Eur per night and person in high season and 0.55 Eur per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half during high season. The Ecotax payment is made before arrival. Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the Id cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.
