The air-conditioned living room is bright and airy with stylish furnishings and offers smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the ocean, and complete with everything you need on holidays. The unit offers one bedroom with queen bed and built in wardrobe. There is a full sized bathroom with large walk in shower, plus separate toilet. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. Kirra Gardens is a well maintained and secure building with lift access, and one secure carpark (clearance height 2.05m) for guests to use. * This property is a non smoking building and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises please. * Please note there is construction nearby which may result in noise, dust and other disruption at times. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss further. Keys Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
