One of our recommendations is to try Oceans 234, a cool bistro joining innovative takes on classic seafood dishes with sunset views & sea breezes. It has great reviews! Another is the Cove Waterfront Restaurant and Tiki Bar. The space The villa is over 4,000 sqft across two stories. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and three bedrooms including a large master upstairs with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous Intracoastal views. The kitchen and family room lead to the expansive pool and deck area with access to the dock and deep Intracoastal water. Again, all ensuite bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, plus another half bath downstairs. Guest access The property is 100% private, and the guests have exclusive access to the entire property. No spaces are shared. Other things to note Other things to note Outdoor pergola and associated furniture was damaged by high winds and is not available at this time. Parties/gatherings are not allowed. Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets. TVs in this property are smart so you ll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts. Please do not flush wipes down the toilet. If you use wipes please throw them in the trash bin. Clogged plumbing lines may incur fees for plumbing repairs.
