All that Sunriver has to offer: Bike, ski, golf, raft - it awaits you from this newly renovated Sunriver family house. Located in the quiet NW corner of Sunriver, there's room for multiple families to stretch out and enjoy the property, splash at the SHARC with the 10 included passes, or soak in the private hot tub after a long bike ride. You'll enjoy a generously appointed kitchen for family meals, or if you prefer, a short drive to the village to enjoy one of the many restaurants. The space Our family house is located on the Northwest side of Sunriver, close to bike trails, the River, Benham Falls trail and The Woodlands golf course. It's an easy drive to the village, the SHARC or many of the outdoor activities available in Central Oregon. You can even bike to all with our bikes to use during your stay. The house has 3 smart TVs with built in apps to watch all your favorite shows (please use your log ins, and don’t forget to log out when you go), or enjoy our extensive collection of retro DVDs. Guest access We will send you a welcome letter with everything you need to know about the house just prior to arrival. Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have. Other things to note We do not allow pets. There will be a $500 additional cleaning fee imposed for violations to this policy. No parties or events, our home is in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is no on-street parking allowed in Sunriver.
