Room for 8 — and enough space that nobody's stepping on each other. **Sleeping & Layout** - Main level primary: King bed, 50" Roku TV, dedicated desk - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds — perfect for kids or a pair of friends - Upstairs Bedroom 4: Private queen off the loft, with its own 32" TV Both bathrooms are on the main level. **The Loft** Upstairs you'll find a bonus hangout space with a foosball table and a second lounge area — plus the private fourth bedroom tucked right off it. It's where the group ends up after dinner. **The Kitchen** Open-concept and fully loaded — drip coffee maker, blender, full cooking basics, dishwasher, wine glasses, the works. LAWN CARE Our lawncare team typically mows on Mondays, weather dependent. Rain may cause a delay to the following day. We have a contracted snow removal company who will clear the driveway and entrance after any significant snowfall has ended. LOCAL REGULATIONS Due to local regulations we are required to keep records of our guests names and addresses. You will receive a link to a Google form after booking to provide this information.
