This neighborhood is known for its bohemian vibe with plenty of restaurants, shops, galleries and live entertainment all within walking distance! It's an easy walk to the public beach access. The living/dining room is an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen including a counter with stools, a dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, and all that you'll need to whip up and enjoy a delicious meal. A convenient washer/dryer is provided for those days where you had too much fun playing on the beach! Surf and Sand is located on the second floor but has an elevator for easy access. Relax with an afternoon beverage or sip an evening drink from the covered deck off the living room where you can unwind and enjoy the view. With board games, books, and television, you will have plenty to keep you busy even on those stormy days that you stay indoors and watch the moods of the Pacific Ocean. There is an elevator to this 2rd floor condo, as well as stairs. Sleeps up to 4 - 1 Bedroom - 1 King, 1 Queen Murphy 2 full baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 1 (strictly enforced) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age.
