Hummingbird Manor is a stately, historic colonial that was a former bed and breakfast. It has been professionally interior designed with an equestrian flair and has all new furnishings with over 4,500 square feet of refined living space. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc. Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
