Renter is to fill out & E-sign a rental agreement. A $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD on a credit card is required (100% refundable) -Amenities are $25 per person for the stay and sold by the Beach Club. If you do not hear from us, feel to head to the island to enjoy the beach or island attractions until check-in time. Normal check-out is by 11 am on your day of departure without incurring a fee. We are sorry, we are not able to offer late check-outs. We need the time to prep the home before the next guests’ arrival. Guests will have access to the entirety of the unit (Check-in instructions and door code to the unit will be sent to the email address provided in the Rental Agreement. Pointe West amenities cost $25 per person for the entirety of the stay. This is not included in the rental rate.
