I generally do not accept booking requests from locals unless the reservation is for extended families visiting from out of town. Please send me an inquiry letting me know the reason for your stay, if you live locally. Security deposit is also required for use of bikes or one night bookings. Our property is a privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. Please note, there may be sporadic construction noise during the day as the city is replacing water line pipes. Please also note in extremely cold temperatures in the winter (<10 deg F), the first level bathroom may be unavailable due to risk of freezing due to location of the pipe.
