Atargatis; charming house, close to everything!

While staying at Atargatis your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole. WINTER SPECIAL 2024-2025!! The space This home has an open floor plan. Down a hall has all the bedrooms and the 2nd full bathroom. The master bedroom has a full bathroom attached and a desk for a workspace if needed. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Guest access The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. Superfly Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service. You are also close to a local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home). Other things to note Atargatis was the first mermaid! This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival. Extra guest fee- After 6 guests, $10 per person, per night
