Avalon is a cosy cottage which has a balcony and an outside terrace, perfect for BBQs. Avalon is centrally located on Wakeling Island; close to walking trails that wind throughout Silverlake. The space This charming two bedroom property, with south facing windows and bright airy rooms is in the centre of Wakeling Island. The ground floor has a modern design with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, featuring a beautiful wood burning stove for cosy nights. The living room has large French doors that open onto the outside terrace, a Smart TV and a large Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a breakfast bar, built in dishwasher and fridge, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large variety of all necessary utensils. The dining room has seating for four people. There is also a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and there is a second bathroom with a bath tub. Both bedrooms open onto the upstairs balcony that runs the length of the house, offering a limited view of the lake. There is a charcoal BBQ for Alfresco dining positioned on the decking.   House & Estate Rules:   Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.  Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate All our properties are non-smoking. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate. A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal. Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
