Avalon is a brand new cosy cottage with a balcony and an outside terrace, perfect for BBQ's and is centrally located on Wakeling Island. This two bedroom property, with south facing windows and bright airy rooms is in the centre of Wakeling Island, close to the Activity Hub and the walking trails that wind throughout Silverlake. The ground floor has a modern design with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, featuring a beautiful wood burning stove for cosy nights. The living room has large French doors that open onto the outside terrace, a Smart TV and a large Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a breakfast bar, built in dishwasher and fridge, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large variety of all necessary utensils. The dining room has seating for four people. There is also a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and there is a second bathroom with a bath tub. Both bedrooms open onto the upstairs balcony that runs the length of the house, offering a limited view of the lake. There is a charcoal BBQ for Alfresco dining positioned on the decking. Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties on the estate that are still undergoing construction in various phases. Bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you may see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays.
