Built in the 1800s as a family's private palazzo, it was renovated in the last century to form three apartments, one per floor. The Pasquino apartment is on the top floor for maximum light. This most central Roman apartment is laid out wonderfully for use by vacationers. LIVING AREA The spacious, light-filled and beautifully decorated living room has gorgeous beamed ceilings. The view from the window overlooks Piazza Pasquino giving you a snapshot of Roman life. KITCHEN & DINING AREA One enters the apartment into a hallway lined with historic prints. On the right is a remarkably large (for a city apartment) kitchen with three big windows that overlook an internal courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. There’s also a casual 4 person dining table in the kitchen (ideal for family breakfast), as well as a more formal dining table in the living room. A/C & HEATING Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room and central heating. BEDROOM The bedroom 1 also overlooks Piazza Pasquino. It is nicely done with golden colored fabric lined walls. The bed has a leather, padded headboard and a large mattress. Closets for this room are in an entry space just before you enter the bedroom. Bedroom 2 is cozy like a ships cabin. The bedroom overlooks Via dei Leutari, a very small side street. This bedroom has very ample closet space with many cupboards and space for storage. BATHROOMS Bathroom 1 is en suite to bedroom 1 with a combination bathtub/shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Bathroom 2 has a fully enclosed shower, sink, toilet, bidet. The combination washer/dryer is located in this room. There is a combination washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note Elevator Windows are sound dampening. If windows are left open at night some pedestrian noise may be heard from street below. Check in/out: Check in 5pm-8pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am. Check in from 5pm-8pm, by appointment. Check out by 10am. Late check in 8pm-10pm (€50 fee), only possible with advance arrangement. Fee must be paid in cash on arrival to greeter. No check ins after 10pm, sorry no exceptions.
