This modern-boho home is the idyllic and quiet beach getaway you have been looking for. Completely remodeled and just a 2 minute drive from the beach, this three-bedroom home is the perfect spot for your family or your couple's getaway. The space We designed our home with the goal of making you feel comfortable. It is cozy, well laid out, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. It is all one level, so no need to climb stairs within the home and only a few steps to get inside. Bedroom Queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Decorated in bohemian style. Decorated in classic coastal style with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and a TV. Additional full bathroom (shower) you can access off of the hallway that bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 can share. Open kitchen/dining and living areas perfect for family time together. Board games included to maximize that family fun (Cards Against Humanity, Smart Ass, Cards, Sequence, Heads Up). House linens are included in your stay (beach towels are not). Starting supplies of detergent, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, hand soap, paper products, and toiletries are included in your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker (we include some complimentary ground coffee), blender, toaster, and basic cookware. Basic spices, oil, paper towels, napkins and other essentials are included as well. Love to read? So do we! Kid-Friendly! We have a little one ourselves and know how much of a burden it can be to lug all the things you need on a trip. We want this to be relaxing for parents too so we have included: Pack-n-Play with a changing table attachment Jogging stroller High chair Baby bath Guest access Parking for up to 3 cars at the house in the gravel driveway. We always recommend considering a golf cart rental for your stay. Oak Island allows golf carts on the road (electric only) and with such a centralized location a golf cart is a fun way to get around! Feel free to ask me for recommendations on rental places, I will be happy to try and find the one that will best accommodate your needs. Other things to note Location, location, location! This beach house gives you the ability to enjoy all that Oak Island has to offer within minutes! 2 min drive to public beach access with parking (also within walking distance) 2 min drive to May Moore Park. Enjoy nature walks, spectacular views of the intercostal, and places to crab and fish. 2 min drive to the Oak Island Pier where you can fish or dine at Koko Cabana Less than 10 min walk or 2-7 min drive to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and dessert spots including: Koko Cabana, Thai by the Sea, Shagger Jacks, Swain's Restaurant, Chaser's Sports Bar and Grill, Frosty's Ice Cream, Trolley's Snowballs, Ruby's Coffee House, and Island Jo Coffee-n-Cafe. We do allow pets we just ask that you treat our home and furniture with respect. We ask that you keep your pets off the furniture if possible, and if not please use the provided furniture covers. No parties allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed. No keys to lose or return! We have a remote keyless entry. We will give you a unique code generated specifically for your stay. Although we won't be there in-person, we are just a phone call away. You will have my personal number should you need it at any point during your stay.
