The Garage contains all you will need to visit the beach - chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, bogie boards, etc. Other things to note The pool can be heated for an additional $400/month. **Please do note, however, that in the middle of winter, the pool heater is unable to keep the pool at a constant warm temperature since there is no pool cover.
